Dynamic, progressive, and forward-thinking – these are the core attributes of a “GO Getter.” At Play’n GO, being a GO Getter is more than just a phrase; it is a philosophy supported by structure, formalised competencies, and agreed-upon behaviours. We have brought this concept to life for you.

Introducing the Go Getter Model
To help us understand the behaviours, actions, and motivations expected of Play’n GO team members, we have created a model that supports both leaders and individuals in bringing their best to work. Developed by Play’n GO, for Play’n GO, the GO Getter Model will guide how we work, interact, and grow – both as teams and as individuals. It is here to help us enhance our professional skills in alignment with the Play’n GO culture and values.
This model comes to life through a bespoke card deck created by members of our own Art team. We have six GO Getters, each representing a key competency that defines how we work at Play’n GO. Four of these competencies apply to all team members, while two are specific to leaders. All six GO Getters showcase important aspects of our culture and values, guiding us in our individual development journeys at Play’n GO.
Over time, the GO Getter Model will be integrated into every significant milestone of our employee experience. It will help us identify GO Getters who have the potential to become future leaders, provide opportunities for career progression, and support those already on a leadership path. It will also feed into our performance management processes, ensuring greater consistency in how we measure success.

A peek behind the scenes
As a creative organisation, Play’n GO has an abundance of talent. With the volume of amazing games we produce annually, you might assume that spending time producing an internal campaign would have been a challenge too far. But not for our artists. When asked, they leapt at the chance to apply their talent to a different purpose, creating bespoke, unique pieces of artistry. And we can all agree that the final outcomes are exceptional.
Each one is meticulously tailored to fit the persona it represents. So, how were the characters formed? Let’s take a look at some of the development stages – where you can see the thinking, and the crafting, that created these perfect pieces of art.
